HOW ARE YOUR PLANNING FEES CALCULATED?
By charging a planning fee, we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to detail to curate a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences. Our planning fees are calculated based preset suite of included services and are priced per reservation. Services can be added for an additional fee.
I LOVE PLANNING! CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?
A lot of the fun is researching and creating anticipation for the destination before traveling. As a travel advisor, our goal is to enhance your travel experience and provide you with expert advice, personalized recommendations, and insider knowledge that you may not find on your own. We consider this a collaborative experience. However, we do offer consultation calls at a rate of $100/hr to pick our brain!
WHEN SHOULD I START PLANNING MY CRUISE?
While large ocean cruises offer last-minute booking flexibility (up to 3 months in advance), planning for river and expedition cruises is crucial. Due to their limited passenger capacities and growing popularity, booking at least 6 months ahead for river cruises and a year in advance for expedition cruises is recommended.
